If you've been itching to try out a new web browser, or perhaps my recent post about your web browser choices has inspired you, this handy introductory tour to Google Chrome might be useful to get you started.

Firefox? Safari? Internet Explorer?
While a lot of folks have taken the plunge and installed an alternate web browser, many are still confused at the basic terminology or just how important your choice of browsers can be. In my experiences many are still using the default that came with their computers.
To help raise awareness the folks at Google have put together What Browser?, a handy site designed to help explain what an important role your browser plays and even points you to some alternate choices and usage tips.
Switching browsers can radically change your Internet experience, arm yourself with the information you need to make the right choice.
